Pass Manager - Frieze Masters

Frieze is looking for a Pass Manager to coordinate the correct release and admission of access passes at Frieze Masters.

The Pass Manager will be responsible for processing and issuing correct accreditation for all onsite contractors, shippers, exhibitors and staff. He/she will coordinate the installation of the pass issue desks on site and liaise with security, the site management and fair management to implement all passes related security procedures.

Duties will also include training and managing the staff for the Pass Issue Team on site.

Post-fair duties include analysing the passes database, preparing and participating in a debrief meeting and preparing documents for next year’s fair.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, methodical and comfortable working under pressure. He/she should be assertive and capable of handling difficult situations calmly and with diplomacy. Previous experience of managing a team of staff is desirable.

This position is based in the Frieze London office but will involve working on site in Regents Park 30th September – 10th October.
