Frieze is seeking a dynamic producer to work across frieze video and creative solutions video to grow audiences and increase engagement.

The successful candidate will grow a creative solutions AV business, maximising the potential of video, audio and live streaming across many aspects of frieze, including Academy, Performances, and Fair projects.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in contemporary art, and at least 3 years experience of short form video production. You will have experience of working with brands on creative solutions, and the initiative to develop this channel from scratch. The ability to be able to multi-task and project manage across the business are also required.

IT Manager

Frieze is searching for an IT Manager to oversee the company’s internal infrastructure and day-to-day operations across our Head Office in London and remote offices, as well as managing technology at Frieze fairs and events.

All applicants should have 5+ within IT, strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience with end user customer support, possess strong technical knowledge of Mac OSX, Windows 10 and other Microsoft products.

In addition, they should have experience working with developers and CRM systems, and all technologies and requirements listed in the downloadable job description (see 'Further Application Information' section, at the bottom of this ad).

Immediate Temporary Office Support - London Office

Frieze is looking for a variety of administrative assistants to join our teams in the London Office temporarily in the lead up to Frieze New York 2017. All candidates must be available immediately and have the following skills:

• Self-motivated
• Excellent attention to detail and being thorough
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Proven competency in the use of IT systems, including CRM databases and Microsoft Office
• A team player, able to work with a variety of internal departments

VIP Data and Research Assistant
Undertaking intelligence gathering research on our VIPs guests (collectors, curators, gallery and museum staff) as well as ad-hoc research related to audience targeting. Responsible for managing lists of target audiences and databases, with experience of adding and cleaning up information in database. Applicants should have a good understanding of the international art world, familiarity with major annual arts events, artists and art institutions, and an excellent phone manner. This position will extend past the New York Fair period.

Partnerships Assistant
The Partnerships Department is responsible for generating both cash and in-kind sponsorships for Frieze fairs. The candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting the department in all administrative duties including but not limited to managing databases, keeping live tracking documents and calendar for all partners and the communication team, research, general administration and office support. Experience as a personal or executive assistant would be useful in this position.

Temporary Staff - Frieze New York

We are seeking temporary staff with a good knowledge of contemporary art to fill the following roles at this year’s Frieze New York, which will take place the first week of May.

Cloakroom staff/Runners: applicants should be enthusiastic, have the ability to work well under pressure, excellent team-work skills and good sense of humor. Some positions require staff for additional dates both pre and post art fair and involve some manual handling.

Distribution staff: applicants should be dynamic, enthusiastic and reliable. These positions require staff for additional dates both pre and post art fair and involve a high degree of manual handling.

Exhibitor assistants: applicants should have good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. A knowledge of and genuine interest in contemporary art is desirable, as is a previous visit to Frieze Art Fair and/or experience working in an art fair environment. Candidates who speak languages in addition to English are especially encouraged to apply.

Office and phone assistants: applicants should be quick-thinking, resourceful, react well under pressure and have very good communications skills. This job may involve some manual handling.

Pass administrators: applicants should be IT literate and comfortable using databases. Good people management skills and experience working with the public and/or contractors in a very fast paced environment are essential.

PR/Press staff: applicants should be personable, patient, and have strong people management skills. Prior PR or events experience desirable, as is an interest in contemporary art. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be helpful.

Sales/Ticketing staff: applicants should be personable and friendly, and have previous sales / retail experience as well as knowledge of all frieze publications. A previous visit to Frieze Art Fair is desirable.

VIP assistants/hospitality staff: applicants should have a working knowledge of artists and collectors in the contemporary art world. They should have experience of working with VIPs in a fast moving environment, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cope under pressure.
