Accreditation Coordinator (Temporary)

Frieze is looking for an Accreditation Coordinator to support Frieze’s Accreditation Manager in the correct release and admission of access passes at the Fairs. This position will be focused primarily on Frieze Masters.

The Accreditation Coordinator will play a key role in processing and issuing correct accreditation for onsite contractors, shippers, exhibitors and staff. They will oversee the set up of the pass issue desks on site at Frieze Masters and liaise with security, the site management and fair management to ensure that all passes related security procedures are adhered to.

Duties will also include assisting in training and overseeing a team of Accreditation Administrators on site at Frieze Masters.

Post-fair duties will include preparing and participating in a debrief meeting and preparing some documents for next year’s fair.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, methodical and comfortable working under pressure. He/she should be assertive and capable of handling difficult situations calmly and with diplomacy. Previous experience of managing a team of staff is highly desirable.

This position is based in the Frieze London office but will involve working on site in Regents Park 29th September – 9th October.

Publishing Trainee - Berlin

Requirement: Temporary (four days per week for twelve months)
Location: Berlin based

frieze publishing is looking for a graduate trainee for twelve months (starting as soon as possible). This part-time role will encompass the print magazines as well as the website and digital publishing.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, have a keen interest in the Arts, have studied to degree level in a relevant subject, and have some office administration experience.

Job description:

This varied and exciting role will cover all aspects of publishing, to include:

• Attending regular editorial and design meetings
• Fact-checking and proofing articles for publication
• Copy-editing and checking translations
• Review-writing and editing sessions with frieze editors
• Picture research for frieze magazine, website and app
• Uploading new content to frieze.com
• Liaising with the Associate Publisher on events planning and strategic
• Supporting the Media Sales Representative on market research
• Assisting the subscriptions team with data-inputting and mailing
• General office admin support for the editorial team

Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a confident and dynamic individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to work in a client-facing role within the Partnerships Department, across Frieze London, Frieze New York, and Frieze Masters.

The Partnerships Department is responsible for generating both cash and in-kind sponsorships for Frieze fairs.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for sourcing, developing and managing new relationships with cash and in-kind sponsors for three art fairs, as well as further year round media and event opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, entrepreneurial and required to work effectively to tight deadlines, liaising with both internal and external contacts, and must be willing to travel and work overseas on occasion.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working in a sponsorship, business development or brand marketing role.
